Refund policy

Think of me as a pop-up stall at your local farmer’s market or craft fair. Returns aren’t a part of my business. That said, please let me know if your have received your order incorrectly or damaged and I will do everything in my power to fix it.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If applies to you, please contact me at penrosepress@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged  items and I’ll sort that out for you.
