Shipping policy

Dear Future Collector,

Thank you for planning to purchase some art or cards! Penrose Press is one person (me) and I process orders in 1-10 days depending on what else is hapening in my practice/life. If you are hoping to receive an order for a specific occasion/deadline, please feel free to add a note about that to your order. I love having the context and will do my best!

Since every order is coming from Edmonton Canada, shipping times will be pretty variable. If you live in North America, watch for your package 2-8 days after I notify you that I've sent it, and for the rest of the world, 10-20 days.

I'm currently trialling free shipping for orders over $65 CAD. I'll see how it goes til the end of the year and then decide whether to keep this policy.

Unfortunately for my American collectors, fine art prints made in Canada are no longer tariff exempt. The import fees are calculated by Shopify, not by me, and are not in my power to influence or waive. I understand if these steep fees cause you to shop from your own local artists for now. I don't mind! I'm cheering on all the small creative businesses on both sides of our border.

All my best,

Brianna
